Companion for Fiido ("the app") is a companion app that connects directly to your e-bike over Bluetooth Low Energy to read its status and let you adjust its settings.
None. The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, usage data, or bike telemetry to us or to any third party. Everything the app reads from your bike (speed, battery level, trip distance, etc.) stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.
The app requests Bluetooth permission solely to scan for and connect to your own e-bike. It does not scan for or connect to any other device, and it does not use Bluetooth for tracking, advertising, or analytics of any kind.
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play, using RevenueCat to manage subscription status. RevenueCat may process a device/account identifier and purchase receipt solely to verify your purchase and unlock the app's features — see RevenueCat's own privacy policy for details of how they handle this. We do not receive your payment details (card numbers etc.) — those are handled entirely by Apple/Google.
Other than the app store's own purchase processing and RevenueCat's purchase-verification role described above, the app does not share any data with third parties, because it does not collect any to share.
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, of any age, because it does not collect information at all.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same URL with a new "Last updated" date.
