By downloading or using Companion for Fiido ("the app"), you agree to these terms.
The app is an independent, unofficial Bluetooth companion tool. It communicates directly with your e-bike's own Bluetooth interface to read status information and adjust settings that your bike's own controller already supports. It is not made, endorsed, or supported by any bicycle or e-bike manufacturer, and is not a substitute for your bike's official app or documentation.
You use this app entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the app will be compatible with your specific bike model, will operate error-free, or will not affect your bike's behavior, warranty, or compliance with local vehicle regulations.
The developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to changes in bike behavior, loss of warranty coverage, regulatory non-compliance, or any injury or property damage, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any setting you change using this app complies with the laws and regulations that apply to you and your bike (including speed and power limits for e-bikes/pedelecs in your jurisdiction).
The app has been tested against a limited set of hardware. It may not work correctly, partially work, or not work at all on bike models or controller firmware versions it hasn't been tested against. A purchase does not guarantee compatibility with your specific bike.
Purchases are billed and processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play under their own respective terms and refund policies. Refund requests should go through the store you purchased from.
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
